|
DIE-01 is a automatic machine for cutting of round or rectangular lids from a reel of PE, PP or aluminum film. It has a photo-electric sensor for precise cutting of the material аnd storage sector for the ready lids. The PLC controller allows to pre-set the number of lids to be cut and stops machine operation after reaching it.
The film is moved by pneumatic mechanism and the waste material is wound on reel driven by electric motor.
The machine can be run independently or be used to prepare the lids of products packed in rotary filling machines from AR Series.
Output of the machine reaches up to 1200 units per hour. |
