AV-31 with DGL-8 weigher
|
AV-31 is a
pneumatic driven vertical packaging machine with intermittent motion,
capable to perform packaging of a great variety of products in different
physical condition. The machines fills and seals three sided bags with
bulk, powdered or liquid products or performs group packaging of single
piece products. Depending on product and desired filling range, the
necessary weighing systems or filler are used with the machine.
This model is manufactured in three modifications (31.1, 31.2,
31.3) according to bag size needed and accordingly - the maximum
width of the packaging film used. The machine can be equipped with
several different, replaceable bag shaping devices, which allows a
different weights to be produced on the same machine.

Can work with any kind of packaging material, which is suitable for
thermal sealing like polypropylene (PP), polyethylene - polypropylene
(PE+PP), metalized polypropylene and others.Packaging film can be designed with uninterrupted pattern or centered print. The
bag type can be standard (pillow) type, stand-up or gusset, depending to bag shaper choosed.
Different types of coding and marking solutions are offered as an options for applying the product information on the bag.
