The volume pump systems of DVP series are used for dosing liquid and creamy products with different viscosity levels and flow properties. They usually operate mounted on rotary and monoblock filling machines and vertical packaging machines. Dosing system modifications and machine type are specified according to product characteristics and depend on several factors like product viscosity, desired production rate, volume and kind of packing, bottle or cup.

Here is the short list of products packed/bottled using  DVP dosing syste:

  • fresh milk and joghurt /bottles, cardboard boxes, cups or packages/
  • ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard
  • sauces
  • honey
  • liquid paints
  • cream chocolate, marmalads

The volume of the dose is controlled through pneumatic piston, as dose can vary from 10 to 1500 ml. ,  depending on type and size of the volume dosing system used.

The number of the pumps, of the dosing systems depends in the desired production rate and dose size.
