Basic description
AR series consist of several base and commonly used models of rotary machines, suitable for filling and sealing of wide range of liquid, semi-liquid and creamy products in pre-made plastic cups and boxes.
|
Depending on product consistency, each machine is modified and equipped with appropriate for the application filling device. Dose adjustment allows different volumes to be made on one machine, as long as the cup center diameter remains the same.
The
basic flow chart includes several stages. On each step one cup/box is
taken from cup feeding magazine, placed on rotation ring, filled with
product and then transported to lid sealing mechanism and output
conveyor. The machines can work either with aluminum or plastic caps, or using both types and can be modified for non-standard shapes and volumes.

Thermaltransfer overprinter or other coding device can be added on request, for marking the compulsory product information.
40 dm3 buffer tank for ensuring constant product flow to filling devices can be added when necessary. The tank itself can be connected to homogenizer by pump working with level gauge, which is automatically activate when product in the buffer tank lowers to certain level.
The aforementioned procedure is outside company engagement, related to machine installation and setup.
All the machines from AR series are fully manufactured from AISI and aluminum alloys and conform all sanitary standards.
