ATF-2x3 is thermoforming machine designed for forming, dosing and sealing of coffee capsules, which are intended to use in coffee machines working with them. All the elements, which are in contact with product are manufactured of stainless steels or aprroved plastic materials. 

• Capsules are formed by heating i pressing of used material PVC,PE, PS or PP

• One machine cycle forms 6 capsules

• Each capsule contain up to 10 grams of grinded coffee. The coffee is dosed by axial screw dosing device controlled by step motors and driver

• Filled capsules are sealed with aluminum foil. the mark point over the aluminum foil indicates the beginning and the end of each machine cycle.

• Pneumatic press cuts the sealed capsules and puts them on lead off platform. The foil waste  material is collected on roll
