Basic description
ATF-3x5 LQ is a thermoforming packaging machine for liquid and creamy products. The machine forms ampules from hard plastic material (PVC, PS or PP) and them makes the dosage by 5 individual, adjustable lines for different chemicals in blister shape. On request, the machine can be modified for dosing single type liquid and to cut blister into individual ampules. For products, which can be processed only at specific temperature and viscosity, a there is an option to mount a mechanism which warms and stirs the liquid continuously. As an option, machine can be also be equipped with ink-jet or thermotransfer printer, feeding line and lead off conveyor.
All the elements, which make contact with product during the process are made of AISI stainless steels or approved for use in chemical and food industry plastic materials.
