Basic description APC-35 - Microwave popcorns  

APC-35 is a horizontal machine, intended solely  for  packaging microwave popcorns. The machine performs doising of salt, oil, corn and flavour in a pre-mafe popcorn bags, with sealed bottom side. After dosing all the ingedients, the machine seals the upper side of the pack and folds it inwards in a way , that makes it suitable for use in a microwave oven.

The machine is equipped with several indendent dosing devices - one for each product, with ability to adjust the volume and proportion of the products (in certain limits), thus providing the ability to produce various weights.

The complete packaging cycle involves usage of two machines, working together. APC-35 can be connected by conveyor to AG-1000 packaging machine, which makes the outer PP, PE or cellophane wrap of the bags and applies product information - best before, lot, barcode etc. .

Each APC-35 is designed for and operates with fixed bag sizes. Usage of bigger or smaller than initially given  size is  not possible.
