MB-01 and MB-02 are monoblock filling machines, designed to fill, plug and cap of non fizzy liquids into PET bottles. The following modules can be added to extent machine functionality:

  •   labeling line
  • device for putting aluminum membrane under the cap - high-frequency sealing 

The system includes dosing block, orientate device with caps-leading device and closing head. The loading and leading-off  the bottles is realized through transporting system with plastic or AISI chain. The different modifications of the machine allows dosing from 10 to 1000 ml. .
