Basic description

AV-310 is a fully automatic, high performance VFFS machine, designed specially for dosing and packaging on small, three-side sealed sugar sticks. The machine runs on 10 tracks, which allows it to produce 10 sticks on each cycle. Loaded film roll is automatically cut on 10 bands, thus forming the sticks, which are sealed after the product is filled in. 
Volumetric dosing device and linear length correction enable easy weght/size change, providing the ability to produce sticks with variable weight.
Can work with continuous or intermittent printed (prin registration mark) packaging material.
HMI CPanel is offered as an option.

All the elements which make contact with the product are made from stainless steel and other approved for use in food industry materials.
