Basic description     

AV-31 is a multipurpose vertical packaging machine, capable to perform packaging of a great variety of products in different physical condition. Unlike the other machines from AV Series, AV-31 runs on single track, thus providing the ability to produce the standard types of 3 side seal bags (pillow, gusset or stand-up), up to 10 killograms in weight. 

The machine is manufactured in three sizes (31.1, 31.2, 31.3) depending on maximum width of the film used for forming the packages. Several different, replaceable bag formers can be included, for packaging various volumes and weights.

Every material, which allows thermal sealing can be used as packaging material, for example: polypropylene, metalized polypropylene, polyethylene etc. .

Depending on packaging application, the machine is equipped with appropriate weigher/dosing device - multi-head, volumetric, auger filler or linear scale. Additional equipment - all kinds of conveyors, elevators and other, can be added on request or connected to machine on active production line.

Thermal transfer overprinters for best before date, lot number, barcode, bag weight etc., can be added as an option.
