* Click on images to enlarge                                   Basic description  AV-33 and AV-35 are vertical packaging machines for powdered, liquid, semi-liquid and creamy products. Through fully automated cycle, the machines perform dosing and thermosealing of sticks or 3 side sealed packs. Depending on desired stick/pack volume, the machines are designed to work with 3 (AV-33) or 5 (AV-35) tracks. Both machines work with photo cell sensor for accurate stick size. Each AV-33 or AV-35 is equipped with appropriate dosage device - type DVA, DVC or DVP, designed and in tune with the concrete product physical characteristics, for achieving maximum precision and production rate. Coding system for best before date, lot number, "easy opening" stick and other options are available on request. A special version of AV-33 machine is offered, for producing tetrahedron (pyramid) shaped packs. Durable materials and top quality pneumatic, mechanical and electrical components, enusre millions failure free cycles and smooth, continuous production process.
