1. Basic description

The ATF automats are designed for thermoforming of different shapes and forms, from PVC, PS, PP or PE film. The thermoformed shapes can be filled with any kind of products if the machine is modified with appropriate dosage device. The different modification of the ATF automat can be used for filling of Liquid, Creamy, Powdered, granulated products or hard particles. The thermoformed shapes are covered and sealed with top layer AL or thermoplastic soft laminated film. There are a lot of standard modifications for this machine and it’s also flexible for customizing to very specific needs.

4. Dosing for Different Product

- Coffee - 3 or 6 line axial screws with progammable speed, torque and “time to dose”

- Cream - adjustable volumetric pump for
cream, honey, souces e.t.c

- Liquids - adjustable volumetric pump with
1 to 6 lines for different liquid products

- Cheese - adjustable volumetric system for
processed cheese and butter

- Pills - 1 to 12 different lines for putting pills in
the thermoformed shape

* Each machines is equiped with filling
system acording to the products specifics

6. RAW Material and Plastic Shapes

- Almost any kind of shapes and configurations are
possible to form. Different geometriy and thikness
of the shapes
- The custom size can varie from ml. to leters
- All the configurations are made for minimum
plastic film usage and maximum efficiency of the
equipment
